Q: How do I add premade layouts, codes, glitter graphics and other enhancements to my profile?
A: Select the enhancement you would like to add to your profile. Once you have found the particular enhancement, select generate and copy the code to your profile. For some of the enhancements, the code is already created and you simply need to copy the code and paste the code into the appropriate section of your profile.

A: Use the site's navigation to browse to the product and select the download button. At this point the InstallIQ will take you through the download and automatically download the product to your computer.

A: To un-install please follow the instructions
Windows XP Users:
- From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel
- Open the Add or Remove Programs
- A list will populate with all software installed
- Locate the product you wish to un-install from the list
- Click Change/Remove
- The product should un-install
Windows Vista Users:
- From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel
- Under the Programs heading, click Un-Install software
- Locate the product you wish to un-install from the list
- Click Un-Install
- The product should un-install
